What is your refund policy?                              
Due to the organic nature of our products we are not able to accept returns unless items arrive damaged or broken. All sales are final.

What if my item is damaged or broken? 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will do our best to correct the issue and send out a replacement.

Where is my package?
All online orders will receive tracking information via your confirmation email. If your package hasn’t turned up, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first.
 
We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier or shipped to the incorrect address.
